Red letter day
Bank representatives cut the ribbon Monday to the University Oaks Wells Fargo bank, which was formerly Wachovia, during a Round Rock Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony. Wells Fargo acquired Wachovia in 2008.
